- We only offer store credit for returns.
- All Returns must be started within 3 days of package delivery.
- We ONLY offer returns on unopened, unused merchandise. All original tags and packaging must be included and item must be returned to us in the condition in which it was received.
- We reserve the right to refuse the return if above requirements are not fully meet.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees.
- After return has arrived back to us, accepted and approved, we will issue a store credit.
- We do not accept exchanges, as our inventory is ever changing. If you wish to get a different size for your item, we recommend ordering the correct item and then starting a return if you meet the above criteria and timeline.
- Dream and Co is NOT responsible for lost or stolen items. If your package has been lost or stolen, we recommend you file a claim with your local post office.
CUSTOMS FEES
- Your country may subject you to customs fees when you purchase and import items from outside your country. Dream and Co has no control over these fees and will not be responsible. Please understand your country import laws and fees before purchasing. THANK YOU.
